Al Hamoor Tailoring refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Al Hamoor tailoring. We offer refund and / Or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchange
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in original packing.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not included.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hamoorsocial@alhamoorgroup.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
